Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed.
Typical shipping estimates are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier operations.

Free Shipping
We proudly offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment has been processed.

Sculpted Society is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work directly with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate the issue and help provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest delivery possible, some orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
